High Precision:

  • ± 0,15% for the fat content and for the solid fat content (SFC) of edible fats.
  • ± 0,3% for the moisture content.
  • ± 2% for the Oleic Acid content.

Fast Measurements

  • 4 seconds to analyze the fat and moisture content.
  • 24 seconds to analyze the Oleic Acid content in oil bearing seeds or edible oils.
  • 2 minutes to anlayze the fat and moisture contents simultaneously in wet olive mass or residues (without previous drying).

High repeatability in the results

  • 0.09%* for fat, 0.18%* for moisture
